These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and jp77 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the jp77 website at jp77.ws and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, fishing games, slots, and any promotional or bonus offers made available through the platform. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of jp77, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the jp77 platform.

jp77 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Amended Terms take effect from the date they are published on the jp77 website. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility as a User to check these Terms periodically for updates. jp77 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders of material changes via on-platform notification or email where this is practicable.

Minimum Age Requirement

Use of the jp77 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering or using jp77, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years old or older. jp77 enforces this age restriction through a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players are required to submit acceptable identity documentation — including a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or equivalent government-issued document — before their account may be fully activated for real-money deposits and withdrawals. Any account found to be held by or operated on behalf of a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds held will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the appropriate authorities.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the jp77 platform.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

Restricted Territories

Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws. jp77 does not warrant that the services offered are legal in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh and makes no representation to that effect. jp77 reserves the right to restrict or block access from certain territories at its absolute discretion and without notice.

One Account Per Person

Each individual person may hold only one registered account on the jp77 platform. You must not create, operate, or use more than one account. You must not allow any other person to use your jp77 account. Where jp77 detects that a single individual controls multiple accounts — whether in their own name, under different names, or operated through other persons or devices — jp77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonus balances, and withhold any withdrawals pending verification. All information provided at registration must be accurate, truthful, and complete. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.

• You must register using your real name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.
• You may not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to operate your jp77 account at any time.
• You are solely responsible for all activity on your jp77 account, whether or not you authorised the specific action.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jp77 login credentials, including your password and any one-time verification codes sent to your registered mobile number. jp77 strongly recommends that you use a unique, strong password that you do not use for any other online service. You must notify jp77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. jp77 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials.

KYC Verification

jp77 is required to conduct identity verification of all account holders prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, prior to the release of bonus funds. KYC verification requires you to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identity document such as your Bangladesh National Identity Card, passport, or driver's licence, together with any additional documentation jp77 may reasonably request. jp77 will process KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by jp77 may have their withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is completed. jp77 is not liable for any delays to withdrawal processing caused by incomplete or inaccurate KYC documentation provided by the account holder.

Deposits

jp77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary by method and are displayed at the point of deposit within your jp77 account. All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. jp77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay mobile financial services are the primary deposit channels on jp77 for Bangladesh players.
• Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Rajshahi Krishi Unnayan Bank are available where supported.
• Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards are accepted for international card deposits where available.

Withdrawals

jp77 processes withdrawal requests to verified accounts as promptly as practicable. Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad for fully verified accounts are typically completed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Processing times for bank transfer withdrawals may be longer depending on the receiving institution. jp77 does not guarantee any specific withdrawal processing time and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or network disruptions outside jp77's control.

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed within your jp77 account at the time of withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name that matches your jp77 KYC documentation.
• jp77 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of the amount.

Currency and Exchange

All jp77 account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). jp77 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred by players using international payment cards are the sole responsibility of the player and their card issuer. jp77 is not responsible for any exchange rate losses or conversion fees applied by third-party payment providers.

General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, reload offers, cashback promotions, and other incentives offered by jp77 (collectively "Bonuses") are subject to these Terms and any specific terms published at the time the Bonus is offered. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any specific Bonus terms, the specific Bonus terms shall prevail in respect of that Bonus only. jp77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus offer at any time prior to the Bonus being credited to a player's account.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have a fully verified jp77 account and whose account is in good standing.
• jp77 reserves the right to limit Bonus eligibility to one per household, per device, or per IP address at its absolute discretion.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between jp77 accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.
• jp77 reserves the right to remove any Bonus and associated winnings from an account if jp77 reasonably determines that the Bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or through fraudulent activity.

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in specific Bonus terms, all Bonus amounts credited to a jp77 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement for each Bonus will be stated in the applicable specific Bonus terms at the time the offer is published. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% of each bet placed toward the rollover requirement, while live casino games may contribute at a lower percentage. jp77 publishes the full game contribution schedule in the applicable Bonus terms. Attempting to exploit Bonus offers through low-risk or no-risk betting patterns — including but not limited to arbitrage, hedge betting, or systematic low-volatility play — constitutes Bonus abuse and may result in account suspension.

Game Integrity

All casino game outcomes on jp77 are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) engines. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical dealing and shuffling processes conducted by trained dealers in professional studios operated by licensed providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. jp77 does not interfere with or influence individual game outcomes. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and is not adjustable by jp77. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jp77 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with jp77 in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to chip dumping, coordinated sports betting, or sharing account access.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing anomalies in games or sports betting markets. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown error must be reported to jp77 immediately and are subject to forfeiture.
• Using the jp77 platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or any other activity that constitutes a criminal offence under applicable Bangladesh law.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, bet settlement, or account transaction, you must contact jp77 support at [email protected] within 30 days of the disputed event. jp77 will investigate the dispute and provide a written response within a reasonable timeframe. jp77's decision on game outcomes determined by certified RNG or live dealer dealing processes is final and binding. For financial disputes, jp77 will review transaction records and provide a detailed explanation of the outcome. Where jp77 and the player cannot reach agreement, the player acknowledges that jp77's internal records of all transactions, game outcomes, and account activity shall be treated as conclusive evidence in the absence of demonstrable technical error.

Responsible Gaming Tools

jp77 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered account holders. These tools are available via your jp77 account settings and may be activated at any time. jp77 encourages all players to use these features proactively as part of a responsible approach to online gaming.

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts on your jp77 account. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.

Account Suspension and Closure by jp77

jp77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if jp77 has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited activity, provided false registration information, or poses a risk to the integrity of the jp77 platform or to other players. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, jp77 reserves the right to withhold some or all funds held in the account pending investigation. Where funds are legitimately held following a fair investigation, they may be returned to the player at jp77's discretion. jp77 will provide a written explanation of account closure decisions on request, subject to any legal restrictions that prevent disclosure.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jp77 platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, icons, images, audio clips, and the overall presentation and layout of the website, is the exclusive intellectual property of jp77 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use jp77 solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, publicly display, transmit, or commercially exploit any part of the jp77 platform without jp77's prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of jp77 intellectual property may result in account suspension and legal action.

Privacy and Data

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jp77 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the jp77 platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption to service. jp77's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to their jp77 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jp77's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by jp77's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Service Availability

jp77 makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. The jp77 platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical issues, third-party payment provider outages, or circumstances outside jp77's reasonable control including force majeure events. jp77 shall not be liable for any loss suffered by a player as a result of platform unavailability. jp77 will use reasonable efforts to communicate scheduled maintenance windows to registered players via on-platform notification where practicable.

Amendments to These Terms

jp77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on the jp77 website with a revised Last Updated date. Where jp77 considers the changes to be material, jp77 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via on-platform notification or email at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, where this is practicable. Your continued use of the jp77 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, your remedy is to close your jp77 account and cease use of the platform. Requests to close your jp77 account should be directed to [email protected].
